Meet Dr. Erin Maud
Dr. Maud is thrilled to be back on Long Island, returning to the community where she grew up and graduated from Patchogue-Medford High School. She earned her veterinary degree from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at the University of Georgia.
Dr. Maud’s professional interests include preventative medicine, feline medicine, ophthalmology, surgery, and neurology. She is Fear-Free certified and deeply committed to low-stress handling and compassionate medical care, striving to make every veterinary visit as comfortable and positive as possible for both you and your pets.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Maud enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and being with family and friends. She has two rescue cats, Ivy and Rigby—who was adopted from Grenada—and a guinea pig named Lumpy, who keeps things entertaining.

Meet Dr. James Kuehn
Dr. James Kuehn is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets. Born and raised in Rockville Centre, Dr. Kuehn pursued a career in veterinary medicine at Iowa State University where he earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He comes with over 12+ years of veterinary experience and his professional interests include dentistry, nutrition, and feline medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Kuehn enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife who is also a veterinarian! At home, Dr. Kuehn is a pet parent to two cats, Parsnip and Maisie.

Meet Dr. Ching-Tien Angelica Tseng
Dr. Tseng is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian with a strong passion for emergency and critical care, as well as oncology. Originally from Taiwan, she brings a global perspective to her work, combining advanced specialty training with a warm, client-centered approach to patient care. She is fluent in Mandarin and is happy to communicate with clients in their preferred language.
She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and master’s degree in Taiwan, where she focused on small animal cancer biology and immunology. She later pursued advanced clinical training in the United States, including an Emergency and Critical Care internship at Washington State University and specialized oncology training at North Carolina State University, where she was among a select group trained in canine bone marrow transplantation.
Dr. Tseng enjoys all aspects of general practice, from preventive care and wellness exams to helping pets through illness and recovery. She values building long-term relationships with families and supporting pets through every stage of life. With her background, she is also comfortable managing urgent or more complex conditions when needed.
She is especially dedicated to guiding families through challenging medical decisions with empathy and clarity, ensuring pet owners feel informed, supported, and confident in their pet’s care.
Outside of work, Dr. Tseng enjoys exploring Long Island, trying new local restaurants, and spending time near the water. She understands the deep bond between people and their pets and strives to treat every patient as if they were her own.
